Here’s what you need to know.

The Handmade Harvest is the biggest craft show in Denton, and one of the most carefully curated shows in DFW.

Applications are open from Aug 1st to Aug 25th

Accepted vendors will be notified/announced by Sep 1st


  • This is a juried show. Due to the high number of applicants and limited space, please understand that our show is very competitive and we make choices based on the betterment of the show's curation. We jury based on the quality, originality and craftsmanship of the products, along with the professional online presence of the maker.

  • This is an indie/maker-style craft event. While we deeply appreciate fine art, we suggest fine artists not apply to this particular event.

  • We don’t offer shared booths at this time.

  • Returning makers are encouraged to have a new line of products (15-25% of your full product offering) every year. This helps us keep the event fresh and new for returning shoppers.


  • Applications to the Handmade Harvest require a non-refundable $15 application fee to be considered for jurying.

  • There are 2 booth options:

    • 10’x10’ - $275 (plus $15 non-refundable application fee)

    • 8’x5’ - $195 (plus $15 non-refundable application fee)

  • We offer sponsorship opportunities:

    • Social VIP - $25

      • For this level, you get to partake in a takeover on our Handmade Harvest Instagram (@dimehandmadeharvest)! This includes 3 posts + unlimited stories throughout 1 day! (At the end of your day, your stories will move to a highlight reel on the profile page) Please understand that space is limited for this choice!


      • Each year we offer goody bags to the first 50 shoppers to the event! These bags are filled with small gifts from DIME and small handmade goodies from you, our great makers! You only have to give 20 items to be able to participate, but if you are feeling extra generous and want to do 50, go for it! Great goody bag items are product samples, magnets, buttons, maybe small pieces of merchandise. And bonus! All of the items you donate do not have to be the same! These items will need to be dropped off or shipped to the store a couple of weeks before the event.

  • Upon acceptance, a PayPal invoice with your total will be sent via email.


  • Makers must be present during the entirety of the event. We place a high value on the shopper/maker interaction.

  • Makers are responsible for day security of their booth. Do not leave your booth unattended for any reason. We’ll have staff and volunteers available during the event to cover for you if needed.

  • Makers are responsible for paying applicable sales tax.


  • Food will be provided for vendors on the day of.

  • Volunteers will be available to help unload your vehicle during set-up

  • Maker Mixer after set-up

  • Swag bag
